We employed Ms Yates as a caretaker for our home when we had to be away for several months over the winter and extending into the summer months. She visited our home once a week and inspected it for any type of problem and reported back to us on a routine basis, as well as immediately if any problem was noted. She also arranged for, and oversaw, a house-cleaner to get our home ready for our return. Ms. Yates is a very reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable individual. We engaged her to watch our home during an extended period and she performed flawlessly. We were comfortable in knowing that our home would be protected in case any problem should arise. We would not hesitate to hire her again. We also feel that if any repair work might be needed she would be fully capable of hiring and overseeing the work.
Description of Work: Ms. Yates visited our home once per week. She scanned the exterior as well as every room of the interior in order to identify any problem or potential problem. She changed the thermostat as appropriate for the changing seasons. She arranged for a house cleaner to clean the house and oversaw the work in preparation for our return. She reported to us once a month on a routine basis and telephoned us immediately when any problems were observed.
