The floors in our newly purchased house were finished with a very dark stain, which showed every footprint and speck of dust and made the rooms very dark. We wanted the floors sanded to remove the stain and then re-finished with a much lighter stain to complement the other woodwork in the house. Todd Fossen was one of 4 contractors we interviewed for the job. He had done similar projects before and understood what would be necessary, including the removal of the baseboards in order to get all of the old stain. The others didn't have experience with this kind of project, proposed using lower quality finishing products, and/or weren't convinced that the baseboards needed to be removed. Todd wasn't the cheapest of the four, but he was the one who was obviously the best choice. And, he did not disappoint. He, Jason, and Aus did a fabulous job for us. They were prompt, efficient, careful, funny, and considerate of our needs to continue using the house while they finished the project. The dust collection system that they used was awesome. We never had to do any clean-up. They took care of everything. The floors look absolutely beautiful now and make the rooms so much brighter. I highly recommend Todd and his crew.

Was a true professional, was on time for all appointments, met every obligation that we agreed upon kept the area clean. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work that he did on our new floors.
