Description of Work: They installed new gutters, downspouts and gutter guard. They were a little hard to reach by phone, but I've come to expect that here in the Black Hills. They were very courteous and professional, and the work was first class.

 + 0 moreThey were wonderful! We got gutters,soffit and fascia done by them. Their work attitude and willingness to please was impeccable. They went above and beyond in several areas where we needed extra repairs done on our house under the old gutters. They also cleaned up the entire area after they were done, zero trash left behind. The estimate they gave us was just about spot on with the final bill, $14 difference is amazing.

Description of Work: I had the company install gutter covers on my home because I live in the hills around Rapid City where we're surrounded by pine trees. I could pay about $125 twice a year to have gutters cleaned (part of our gutters are over 20' off the ground!) ... or have gutters installed. It's been four years since they installed the gutter covers and one section became clogged. Without hesitation, they came out and cleaned that area for no charge and told us to let them know if there were any problems in the future. They stand behind their products!!

 + -1 moreThe gutters on my house were installed two years ago by another company and were leaking. The Custom Cut staff arrived on time and went to work. Within an hour and a half, the guters were installed and the old gutters were hauled off. I am very pleased with thier work and price.
