CORY'S TIRE FACTORY AUTO SERVICE CENTERS

Very well. I knew the brand and model of the tire I wanted. Cory's Tire Factory located four and had them installed in less than 10 days.

I had just purchased new tires at sams club. With in a day I had a flat. Sams tried to fix the tire two hours later they sent me to tristate. They got me in right before closing fixed my tire and got me on my way.

Service went smoothly and perfectly. I got the tire rotation for free because I bought my tires from them.

Our car would occasionally not start - usually at inopportune times. We brought the vehicle in and they diagnosed the problem. We did have the car in on a Saturday. The only challenge was that they didn't get it fixed Saturday and didn't leave a message to let us know what was wrong with the vehicle or how much it would cost. We went without the vehicle on the weekend, touched base with them on Monday. They fixed the issue and the vehicle has started every time since.

I needed tires fast, since we were going on a road trip for a week. I called them up, and they had my tires the next day. The new tires were put on in a few hours, and my wife was happy. They also do free rotate and balance for the life of the tire. That's hard to beat. The price was a little bit more then other places, but I needed the ties quickly.

I called on Wednesday after reading the good reviews on Angie's List and scheduled a 1pm appointment for Thursday. I got there right at 1pm and they got the vehicle in the shop at about 1:30pm. I had an oil change, a 4 wheel alignment and had the tires rotated. They got all this done and did a complete vehicle inspection. I was out of the shop and on the road at 3pm. Very impressed. I will definitely use this shop again, as they were very friendly and helpful. It is nice to go somewhere and get a quality job done quickly and affordably. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service has been very good. They have good customer service and friendly service staff. The cost is reasonable and they offer a military discount as well. When leaving in the past my steering wheel was dirty from the mechanics and I gave them that feedback, they seemed to appreciate it and they addressed it as well.

Enjoyed visiting with Cory! Took a long time. Suggest dropping off car and have someone pick you up to go run errands or other shopping. Saw two mechanics sitting, visiting, even though shop was backed up. Overall attitude was very good.

Fast, reliable, friendly, fantastic service.

They are fine. An article in the paper recommended them. I was impressed by their knowledge and the non pressure to buy tires. They were excellent and I have no complaints.

I called ahead of time to make sure that they could get me in. I did have to wait awhile before they got to my car. I suggest that if you have someone to pick you up and run some errands, take them up on it. They have a nice waiting area with plenty of seating, a coffee pot, pop in a cooler, and movies playing on the TV if you decide to wait. I did notice the guy who was working on my car bounce around between my car and other tasks, which added a little time to the wait. They test-drove my car, and parked it in the lot. They notified me quickly that my vehicle was finished, and I paid and left, as I had a busy day planned. I was pleasantly surprised to see my old tires, which I kept two of, in plastic bags in the back, to protect my upholstry. Everybody was pleasant and cordial, which I expect at a place of business. Customers seemed to be treated with respect. I didn't see anything offensive in the place of business, or hear foul words coming from the employees in the shop. All in all, my experience was great. I will definitely think of them first the next time I need tire service on my car.

I decided to buy a used pick up. The tires were shot, took truck to Tri-State, had Ross give me an estimate. Ross is a great salesperson, and a very decent person. He explained my options, the truck has 20" rims, so tires were EXPENSIVE, showed me what HE has on HIS truck, and I got same day service. Very happy with the whole experience.
