Description of Work: They provided a damage estimate for my insurance company. I was not charged for this. I did not use them for the repairs as their estimate was more expensive than the dealer I bought the vehicle from. | |There was a little confusion on who was doing what and talking to who but I was able to get it straightened out.

Description of Work: repaired bumper and washer fluid housing and radiator brackets, damage from hitting a deer. Collision center did a good job, there was a delay in repair due to additional problems were found. they were responsive when called but were not the best at contacting me when additional time was needed after the first delay. But were responsive when contacted.

Description of Work: Well, after contacting my insurance company, and insisting on the Collision center giving me an estimate, I've not received a phone call from them yet...two days later. My wife DID go in there on Monday morning, and was told they were just too busy to accommodate her work hours, so I've been waiting for a day and a half to tell these people I won't do business with them anymore. They used to be the ONLY body shop I would use, now they are on the long list of places I won't even consider. The sign says 'new management' I guess that means they don't want 'old/repeat customers'. I'll also let USAA know about the very poor service from the new management.
