Description of Work: I needed work done to replace my siding and repair my decks. I found Carroll Construction on Angies List. The contractor was very responsive when I first called to have him come out to look at what needed to be done. However, I never received an estimate. The contractor busted several suspenses he provided to give us an estimate to give to our insurance company. After a month of not receiving it, I found another contractor.

+ -1 moreVery professional. Made sure that there was no lead paint dust as the renter is pregnant and has 2 small children. Did a great job, I would highly recommend and intend to use them again.
Description of Work: Installed a new front door in an old house build in the 1950's. Had to build up the threshold and cut out the opening at the top of the door.

+ 1 moreThis was a tough job because Chad had to match the existing doors, trim, and wall texture. He extended the walls of the stairwell to make a landing at the bottom and enclosed the entire area. He knew the building codes and installed the proper venting for the new enclosure so the furnace would continue operating properly. When he and his team were finished it looked like the new doorway had been there since the home was built. I was very impressed.
Description of Work: Chad and his team installed a new doorway at the bottom of our stairwell.
