THey were quick and efficient

The people were extremely nice and helpful. They did a very good initial job. The follow up was not good at all. I am still waiting after a year for them to fix some things. They were suppose to come out two months ago to reseed the lawn, but they never came. Even though they were very good, and very nice people, I think their business is for commercial customers. They have done a few houses in my neighborhood, and it always takes a long time for them to finish the job.

This was an excellent service from beginning to end. I investigated what types of grass seed I should use for this area through Warren Chemical. During my conversation with them they instructed me on the proper application of Hydro seed at which time I asked if they had any recomendations on whihc company to use. They gladly provided three different companies Black Hills Hydro Turf being one of them. I contacted Ted and Clare of BH Hydro turf and spoke with them extensively about my area, application and utilizing two different types of seed. They were very informative, personable, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions. I had them give me a more supreme blend of grass in the front and sides of the home to maintain a high quality curb appeal, and spoke with them about a more drought resistant blend in the back that still looked nice. They had no problem laying down the two different blends. The two of them completed this job in a professional, friendly, and educational manner. This was an excellent interaction with a contractor who performed flawlessly.
