Crew shows up 3 days late and wants to borrow my tools. workers played a boombox which disturbed the neighbors. new siding blew off the rear of the trailer and the deck panels broke and blew off the trailer. The job was not done well and we were overcharges about $3,00.00 and warrantee was not served

When he showed up a week late, his employee came to the door and wanted to borrow my tools to do the job. They ended a big boom box in the front of my yard disturbing my neighbors. The roof on the deck completely blew off, the siding that they installed started falling off. This was a very sloppy job from start to finish. I warn other before thinking about hiring this company.

We had been looking for a roofing company for over a year. The house is an old two-story building, with a steep pitched roof. We contacted two roofers, and they didn't want to tackle it. We called two other roofing companies, and never received a call back from either one of them. During the last week of June Gabe Lujan, owner of Bang-Up, called me and wanted to know if I was interested in having his company repair the roof. He had a roofing job across the alley, and while on that roof, he saw how bad our roof was. I asked him to give me an estimate, which he did that very same day. We agreeded upon the price, and he had his crew working on the house starting Monday, July 9th (the agreeded upon date). They were very professional and did a good job of tearing off the old materials and shingles and replacing them with the new ones. The crew also did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. As a matter of fact, on the final day of the project (Friday) Gabe walked about the yard several times, picking up small bits of roofing paper, shielding and roofing nails. Some lawn damage (a hole in the ground) had been caused by one of his roofing suppliers. He had it fixed by the end of the week. We are very pleased with the work this company did for us.
