Billy returned my call and came to do the job within 2 hours. It took the crew just 1 hour and 45 minutes to cut down a huge cottonwood branch that was cracked and leaning on my roof at risk of coming down. They are pros, and were careful not to damage the house. They cleaned up when they finished and did not charge me for other branches I needed taken away. Very reasonable cost and will use this service in the future.
