Repairman has visited 8 times in the last 6 months trying to repair dishwasher. This done thru a service contract. Repairmen cannot fix dishwasher. Replaced serveral parts but it does fix problem. Assurant contracts A & E Appliance Repair to do the repairs. I believe A & E used to be Sears. I cannot give a zero star rating. The lowest rating is one star.

I paid for an Extended Service Plan for my GE wall oven. I sold the house with the oven still installed in January of 2011. I called and called this company, requesting to be removed from their mailing database, explaining patiently that I had sold the oven with the house. They failed and refused to stop harassing me to continue coverage for an oven I did not own. I wrote a letter carefully explaining this and this company still continues to harass me. The next step is an attorney requesting a settlement check for harassment. This contract was for appliances at 10202 Doles Dr., Fredericksburg, VA 22407
Description of Work: Assurant is the GE appliance insurance company for GE appliances. I bought a GE appliance protection plan. Later, I renewed it and the final expiration date was November 12, 2012.
