Description of Work: Our dryer stopped drying clothes, the guy came out and said there was nothing wrong with the dryer. A few days later we called him back because clothes were still not getting dry after 4 hours in the dryer. After stating he would be there on a certain day at a certain time, he did not show up, after stalking him for a few days he finally responded, came back and said that we needed a new sensor. He had to order the part from the other side of the state so it was going to be a couple of days before it would be in and he would call us when it had arrived. Four days later, we called, 3 or 4 times and when he finally answered, he said he had the part and would come out that day to fix the dryer. Two days later when he showed up he replaced the part and we paid him for the part. He did not charge for the service call and told us there was a 30 day warranty on the service. Three weeks later when the dryer quit drying again, we called and were told he could come out 2 days later. Have not heard from him since and chose not to try to give him our business since he obviously did not want it. After a visit to the laundromat and asking the woman who owned it what she thought, she gave us a recommendation that got our dryer fixed for an additional $135.
