 + -1 moreThis company is an absolute joke. They took my entire insurance check upfront will no upfront estimate as promised. It all started with the wrong shingles being delivered to my house. I believe this was done on purpose to get more $$$ from the insurance company? 2 weeks in and I woke up to a yard full of shingles. Stay away from this place at all cost. I plan on contacting the owner at this point to file a complaint. They also lied to me about what shingles were on my roof, only to find out that I was correct all along.
Description of Work: Roof on house and shed from hail damage.

 + 0 moreAvoid this company in Rapid City, SD. They attempt to cut corners and must be watched every step of the way. After they have their money they will not return a phone call or provide any follow-up. The biggest mistake I ever made was having them repair our home damage. They have a local office but are based out of Arizona. It dragged on for more than a year. Do not pay them until you have everything you need from them. I couldn't even get receipts for building material warranties. Absolutely unresponsive after settling with insurance.

 + -1 moreStarted out that they roofed the house and it is still not stuck down,they then put the ridge cap on the wrong way,had to have the come back,the broke my light but did replace .Then came the windows they cut the siding and ripped the siding around the windows and cut the wood from around the windows to get them to fit. they sided the back west side and cut the pieces to short and stapled them tight so that it is going to ripple,I tried to explain to them that they had to pay for my siding they cut up and she (Kara) said have your insurance pay for it .I had to hire a attorney and we are going to sue for the poor workman ship My house looks awfull
Description of Work: they were suppose to put windows in and the chiseled some of the load bearing walls ,they broke up the siding and cut it around the windows. they put siding on the backside and it al has to be torn off and re done. they also didn't do the J channels right and now the water stays in the bottom of window
