Description of Work: I have used Action Mechanical many times: new heating and cooling system, new water heater, replace frost free spigot, replace gas valve,etc. Always responsive and punctual, servicemen always respectful and keep a clean work site, price always reasonable. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: The heat went out on a apartment building I own. I called my regular heating tech, he said he didn't have time to look at the problem, I then called Action Mech. and they were right there. Kevin showed me that when the system was installed whoever did it had the water running through the boiler backward and that was why I had always had problems with it. He told me what it would cost and then fixed it. The cost was higher than I thought it would be but I haven't had any problems and the noise that has botherd my tenants for years went away.

 + -1 moreThey did the job very well. I would refer them to friends and family member. I would use them again in the future. They were able to come out during the blizzard, so that is one of the reasons I appreciate them. Actually repair was still covered under a warranty, so I didn't spend a lot.
