ABC Seamlesss Of The Black Hills

My job (my house) was scheduled for the morning of 7/17/12, but I got a call that morning postponing the work due to a worker's injury the weekend prior. The story the next day was that the person still couldn't do the work. Then I heard nothing for the rest of the week, so I call 3 times the following week, only to eventually find out the forman was gone for an emergency, and apparently nobody else could let me know that fact, and nobody could get the job done in the person's absence. I finally hear back weeks later and the work is on the schedule again, for 8/20/12, and then postponed right away for one day. I understood the reasoning and said at this point one more day would not matter. Work was to begin early morning on 8/21/12. The work actually got started around lunch time instead of early morning, but ended up only half done because the cutting mechanism got knocked out of alignment and no longer working. The quality of the half that got done was terrible. And they were suppose to let me know the status of the cutting mechanism the next day, but I never heard from them the rest of the week. I even called and left messages each day, but nobody returned my calls. I sure hope I hear from them this next week. Honestly, at this point I want to cancel and find some other company, but they have my downpayment and half the job done (despite the terrible quality of workmanship).
