Description of Work: They had to enlarge and attach a gas line for our full house generator. The first time they came out and did it, it was the wrong size and so the gas did not flow. They came back, did the work without any glitches and the generator works fine. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them because, overall, I have never had a problem with their work( have used them for everything from toilets to a new fireplace to a water heater) and their price is very reasonable.

 + -1 moreWe had it fixed but are unsure if that was the actual problem or if a different plumber could have fixed the problem with out all the expense.
Description of Work: We were told our sewer need to be replaced all the way to the city line in the street. We waited quite a while before we could replace it because of the cost. We finally had it fixed at great expense. My co worker was told the same thing about her plumbing by Olson plumbing. After Olson plumbing gave them a quote they had another plumber come out and they were able to clean out her drain with a little larger router. Other people have told me the same thing. Seem to be a pattern with Olson plumbing.

 + -1 moreOlson Plumbing is our first call when plumbing is a problem and in this case a leaking shutoff valve plus a handle with a broken set scew needed addressed. We called in the afternoon and the next morning a plumber was here. He had no problem replacing the shutoff valve and, as long as he was here, replacing the other valve, using better valves that will last longer. He also had parts for the control handle and surround, thus saving us from having to buy the entire assembly. He accomplished this in an hour. We've come to expect excellent service from Olson and although their cost of service may not be the lowest in town we think the speed of service more than offsets their cost per hour - which is competitive.
Description of Work: Replace faulty hot and cold water valves located in wall behind shower and tub. Replace handle and trim on shower controls.
