+ -1 moreWill answered the phone, but was unable to dispatch someone as they were already busy. Rather than make us wait, he came out himself right away, which was especially helpful since it was 95 degrees outside and we had no AC! Somehow the hard wire to the AC got severed. Come to find out the wire was buried underground around the house rather then the through the wall. Will was able to diagnose the problem quickly and come up with a solution. He came back within the hour to replace the wire so we could get AC right away. He was very professional, knowledgable, and fast. Would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Replaced the hard wire between the circuit breaker and the Air Conditioner.
