They found a problem where others didn't. They are highly recommended on Angie's List website. I was having problems with air conditioner. They came out and they couldn't find anything and then the guy came back in a little bit of time. After 10 minutes, he got down the road and said he wanted to check one more thing. He checked one more thing and that was the problem, so I was happy with them. I talked to him and asked to fix the furnace as it was winter time. He said he would be back. Then he came back in November. We agreed to replace a part of the furnace. He said he wouldn't be able to do it then, but will be back in January. I gave him a call and left him a message. I just kind of gave up on him. I was disgusted with him too. I was satisfied in the beginning and disappointed in the last. The price was very good and fair.
