+ -1 moreI spoke with someone at the office on Tuesday morning. I was told a specific person serviced my area and that person would call me back. That person called back the following Monday. I already have the work done by another company. I guess they don't need my business
Description of Work: Minor job. Install an outlet for microwave where hard wire already existed. Possibly switch out a GFI outlet.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Someone was supposed to be at my house at 10am, but since no one was there at 10:20am, I called to inquire. Doug told me that Stephen was finishing up a job and would be at my place by 11-11:30. Stephen showed up at 11:40. Stephen was a pleasant young man and did good work. Doug came toward the end of the job to test the circuit panel and ensure I was satisfied. All works fine. And Doug explained clearly how to use the panel. Doug even asked if I needed any further help with anything else before he left. Both guys represented Lewis Electric very, very well. I believe their price was fair as I also received a quote from another company and Lewis was considerably less expensive than the other quote. Doug's customer service skills are sincere and I absolutely will hire Lewis Electric again for future work.
Description of Work: Lewis Electric installed a 20-circuit 100-amp generator panel in my garage with a breaker transfer switch. They also installed a weatherproof generator outlet outside.

+ -1 moreElectrician seemed friendly but I was disappointed in the bidder. He quotes one price verbally and charges you another, 160.00 more at that.Not a very personable person. Argued with me on the phone on this. I will not hire Lewis electric again! Thompson does a much better job and more professional.
