About us

Gotcha Covered is a franchise based in Denver, CO, owned and operated in the Sioux Falls/Mitchell, SD and surrounding areas by Susan Tjarks. We provide solutions to every window in both residential and commercial settings. Experienced with working as sub-contractors on projects large and small. For residential customers we come to your home and bring the show-room to your door, allowing you to select the perfect treatments with your home furnishings. Additionally, we employ a proprietary 3D software that allows you to see most treatments before you buy them--taking the guesswork out of buying window treatments. Able to work within most any budget with a good, better, best approach. Also provide professional installers to install and service your treatments purchased from Gotcha Covered. We offer quarterly promotions and expect a 75% down-payment at time of order with the remaining amount due upon delivery or installation.

We sell custom window treatments solutions for every window: blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, top treatments, bedding, upholstered cushions and headboards, as well as motorization for both hard and soft treatments. We also offer window film for safety, security, and light control. Additionally, we have retractable screen doors available.

Services we don't offer

We do not install or repair/service window treatments purchased from another vendor. We would be happy to replace them for you, however!!!! :)
