Extreme Clean

He does charge me $25 trip fee but that's nothing compared to what the miles are. It's somewhere between 40 and 45 miles from Mitchell to where we are on the farm. That's not a bad price. It needs to be cheaper if they have more in this area that do their job. If they have several farms around here that they need to clean carpets, they'll cut that trip charge down. They did a wonderful job. He needs to come back in the fall and do cleaning for us. We wanted to have the front deck cleaned and he said it would be best if we waited until fall this time. If we were going to do it in the spring, it should be done in March or April and he didn't have time that day when he was here to do it, and we didn't have time for him to do it. We are going to call him back probably in August or September and have him come back and do the front deck. That is more reasonable. He was going to do all of the deck for around $300. There was another company that told us that they would charge $100 per deck. That would be like $1200. I guess we're going to go with Extreme Cleaning. The price was excellent. The quality was good. Their responsiveness was awesome. I thought we had to wait a month. Usually in this area it would be nothing for us to wait for 30-60 days for something like that. He made arrangements to come right away. I was amazed at his punctuality. He came early. We were expecting him that hour but he came early in the morning about 9 or 10 o'clock and for him to drive that far, he had to be up and out of bed by at least 6. He knew his job and he did it well.
