Turbo Cleaning and Carpets

The service went good. I don't know why but there were a couple of spots on my carpet that seemed to be bleached when he finished. I don't know if that was his fault or not but it wasn't like that before he came and it was like that after he left. I probably would use him again. They could have done better with the service if they had not bleached my carpet and there was some sticky stuff in the corner and I'm not sure what it was. The carpet could have melted when he put chemicals on that spot or if it was soap residue or if it was something that had been in the carpet that became moisturized when he cleaned the carpet. I don't know as I never got to address that with him as I noticed that after he left so it may not have been anything that he actually did. The carpet is an older carpet so it was hard to completely assess the situation so this is my observation only.
