Description of Work: He took down a tree and removed a trunk.

Description of Work: I needed 6 trees trimed and one removed. Total Tree Service gave me an estimate for the work. Their estimate was lower than two others I had contacted. Their estimate was for approximately a 1/2 days work. The other two competitors estimates were for one full day, and the other was figured at 1 1/2 days work. We agreed to have the work done at a later date. I was to give the contractor a minimum of three days notice prior to their arrival. On October 10th. I called them. They stated they would be their on October 13th. early in the AM. Total Tree Service showed up at 7AM. They laid heavy rubber mats down and installed plywood on top of them. This was to protect the lawn. I live in a very soft soil area. They began triming shortly after. By 11:30 AM they had all the work completed. The owner of the company asked me to inspect all the trees. I found one additional branch I wanted removed. They did it imediately. All was done to my liking and satisfaction. The owner then had his crew rake all the area where the work was preformed. They picked up all the little debris that I would have. Then the crew took leaf blowers and cleaned all the area as well as my driveway and sidewalk. I was impressed. Again, the owner asked me to inspect the clean-up. WOW! What a Great Job they did.
