I have bought and sold several personal homes over the years. This agent made the entire experience an ordeal for both us and the buyer by constantly providing misinformation. She was acting on behalf of both us and the buyer but it seemed her primary concern was the buyer. Before negotiations even began it seemed as if she was trying to make both parties enemies. Eventually the buyer and I just cut her out of the coordination entirely. This made the process a lot less stressful for all concerned. I would never consider or recommend this agency nor this agent to anyone who is considering buying or selling a home.
