Fast, efficient and reasonably priced
Description of Work: We needed a home prepared for sale. They repaired two toilets that were not working properly. they repaired some leaky drains, and serviced some faucets.

Burnison's installed a new Coleman high performance furnace. On April 3rd, the Saturday of Easter weekend, the furnace stops working. After waiting several hours for a service tech to call back, one finally comes to check it out. It has a bad gas valve. Because it's "not that cold outside" the company does not want to get a new part until Tuesday. They don't have extra parts on hand for furnaces that they install. They gave me a couple of space heaters to use for the next 3.5 days. Thanks. I'll try not to burn the house down with my small children and space heaters.

I am very sorry that the furnace failed to operate on Easter Weekend. We do stock parts for our furnaces. Coleman was having issues with their gas valves and we returned our defective gas valves. The new style gas valve was on order. Bad timing for the both of us. I sincerely apologize to our customer. I see that in 2012 the customer had no heat. We sent a service technician out in the evening and we replaced a blown fuse. We have been in business for sixty years and we strive to fix our shortcomings.Thank you for letting us know our short comings. My service technician should have used our display furnace gas valve until the new style gas valves arrived. We felt he should have done a better job communicating that to the customer.
