Our tenants had a home inspection done on the house and the inspector noticed what appeared to be mold on the wood joists in the crawl space. We asked Adrian Environmental to do an inspection and report if there really was mold. They responded by doing an inspection within a week. They gave a full report, confirming mold and suggested remediation. We agreed to their quote and they scheduled the work within two weeks. The work took three days and fixed the problem. They also recommended several ways to monitor the crawl space for humidity, in case a dehumidifier needed to be installed. As part of our discussion of the problem, Mr. Adrian noted that he has found increasing mold problems with newer construction over the last five years. He thought this might be due to the type of wood being used in newer construction.

We had some major upgrade work to several rooms in our house that created lots of airborne dust. So we interviewed several companies offering duct work cleaning. The estimate and the professionalism of Mr. Adrian convinced us to give him our business. The workers wore protective covers on their shoes and worked quietly and efficiently. They arrived promptly and finishing the job within the time estimate given. We were pleased with their work and their price and will definitely call them again (in 7-9 years) when our duct work needs cleaning. We recommend them without reservation.

I meant to leave this review a long time ago, but forgot until now. I will make this short and simple. Company: Neil Adrian is a quality businessman and knows his profession very well. His quote was reasonable and he did work with me a bit in trying to round up any savings. He was very prompt with information and answering questions. Overall, the type of person I would like to do business with. Job Performance: The 2 guys that came and did most of the work were polite and courteous. The job took several days to complete and they were usually on the job within an hour of there proposed time. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area as to not disturb us. So, I was pleased with the way they handled there day to day duties. Inspection Time: I want to put a disclaimer on this before I get to the meat and potatoes of this section. I am just a normal homeowner who tends to do extensive research into what I have people do in my home. Therefore, I did a lot of searching to get a good idea of what to expect when the job was completed. I went down into the crawlspace with Neil to inspect the completed work together....which I highly encourage! I was somewhat stunned, after the inspection, to have found 15 errors with the work. Now, I understand that working in a 3 1/4ft crawlspace for 6 hours a day is exhausting and things can be missed, but 15 errors is not acceptable. Especially, since his lead worker was responsible for checking all work performed. Neil had the work corrected and we drove on. Conclusion: Good company, good people, decent work. I rate them a and quot;Band quot; only because I expect the best and having 15 things wrong is not the best. Homeowners always go on the final inspections! Inspect everything with the owner, contractor, or supervisor of the project BEFORE full payment.

He was knowledgeable. His willingness to work for me within my budget. He was approachable. He was really good. I would absolutely use the service again in the future.

I was very pleased with the work and the air samples of mold was about 10,000 before the work was done and the mold count afterward was about 700.

It went very well. Neal kept us in the loop during the entire job, getting back to us promptly to answered any questions we may have had. He also offered solutions and referrals of other contractors that were needed to complete ancillary work that was required. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring mold remediation and related services.

Dr. Neal Adrian is incredibly knowledgeable about mold in homes. His testing and inspections are thorough. Results are given in a timely manner. Crawlspace encapsulation (including drainage tile around perimeter) was priced extremely competitively. Final encapsulated crawlspace is AWESOME!!!!! Totally worth the investment.
