+ 0 moreIt was a very good experience, the price was very reasonable and he did not use big words to explain things. He explained things to me so I could understand what had happened and what he was doing.
Description of Work: I had a virus that basically shut down my computer. Neil came and removed the virus' and then did a tune up on my computer that speed it up quite a bit. Then showed us how to network our computers together so we could share one printer with all three of our computers in the house. A few days later I had some more questions and called him and for no charge he stopped by and answered my questions by showing me on my computer.
