Dells Plumbing

Chris, the owner of Dell's Plumbing, did not know very much about pool heaters so he had me wait until the next day to his father was done with another job. When his father came he and Chris tested the heater and figured out what was wrong with it. It was an easy fix, so they just told us what to get and my husband fixed it. We are very grateful that Dell's Plumbing was so willing to help.

Any time I have contacted Dells Plumbing my request for service is answered with a service technician at my house very promptly. The plumbers are very professional at each visit and able to fix all plumbing issues I have had.

We originally called to request assistance with cutting our countertop to fit a new kitchen sink. We ended up getting that part of the project done before they were available to come to our house, but we were still in need of help with a leaking pipe. The man who came to our house was very friendly and professional, and even remembered us from previous times we've used their services. He jumped right in to help with figuring out the cause of the problem and very clearly explained everything that he was doing and how the pipes should be installed. Although we weren't able to resolve the leak at that time (because we needed additional parts), he asked if we wanted an opportunity to try the repair ourselves (which we did), explained exactly how all the pipes were supposed to go, and promised to drop off the parts we needed the following day (which he did). He also refused to accept any sort of payment until after we got the problem completely resolved. After we got the parts the following day, his instructions allowed us to quickly get the pipes all connected without problems, and we haven't had any additional issues since.
