He quickly diagnosed the nature of the problem, explained the nature of the issue and the procedure for repairing the issue. He had the window repaired and returned to proper working order in a timely manner, and demonstrated how to properly operate the window as to how to remove it from and return it to the frame. I would highly recommend this company as they did what they promised and for exactly what they stated the job would cost when making the appointment."

Little did we realize that they would need to excavate and install a six-inch concrete pad first. Stephen and crew walked through the entire project with us, including costs, and I could tell by the way the crew took measurements and analyzed the situation that they were doing quality work.
