Initially all went well, it was installed in a timely manner. One reason I went with Ryan’s was the assurance of being able to call him, if there were any issues or other problems in the future. Shortly after the install, I called, then texted and finally emailed with a question with no response, Fast forward a year, I was set up with another company for a routine furnance maintenance, a day before the service, the furnance stopped working. First I called Ryan’s, thinking to give him a second chance, once again, no response. I called the other company, who found multiple, serious issues, including the gas valve that was bulging and close to exploding. The valve was not properly set. Another of the issues was the incorrect installation on the venting system. Also the heat exchange unit had holes in it. Because of all of this, a new furnance had to be installed. It was very disappointing a small, local company would not stand behind its work. I would never recommend this company, it was money wasted and a lot of hassle.
