+ -1 moreThey sent me a form to file a complaint and said to take pictures to show the shotty workmanship. They installed a door that is flaking apart, and they told me that if I paid the shipping and handling that they will replace it for free, this does not include the labor either. I would have to pay for this as well.
Description of Work: I bought the door through Pella and they sent a recommended Pella certified installer. The installer did a good job but the door is falling apart.
