I'd rate them about a C all the way around. They didn't bring enough parts with them. I had to keep running back after parts. They're not really bad.

We contacted Brandon Heating and Plumning countless times to resolve this issue in our new home. The problem is that the temperature in the basement never got above 48 to 50 degrees all winter. We finally hired another heating contractor to install another cold air return in the basement. The temperature in the basement rose to about 64 degrees within 24 hours. We had requested the Brandon Heating and plumbing add another cold air return. He promised to do this, but never returned to finish the work.

It went fine and what stands out is that they are here in town.

Once here it went just fine. It took a while for someone to come out and give us an estimate.

Easy to get at with no problems. It took the two men about an hour to complete the work. We would use them again.

They are very good. They always treat everything as if it is theirs. I like their sincerity; they are genuine. They are upfront. They are a little on the expensive side.

They did excellent work and in timely manner. Awesome work

In the middle of winter my heater quit working. It was late in the afternoon--almost 5- when it happened and I called them and caught someone in the office. They said they would send someone over as soon as they completed another job. Within the hour they were at my house and I had heat shortly afterward. I was expecting a large bill since it was after hours but the charge was only $77. All the heater needed was cleaning of the jets. They could have told me I needed a new furnace and I would not have known the difference. They were honest, only fixed what needed fixing and charged a fair amount. I will use them again.
