+ -1 moreReturned call after about an hour to get details and schedule apointment. Was able to come to house the next day. Called before coming over. Quickly identified as either the motor or the pump and upon removing pump found that it was froze up. Quoted about $40 for the part and double-checked whether I wanted to go through with the repair. Had the part with him in his truck and immediately replaced the pump and reassembled the washer. Total time about 45 minutes, cost with labor and taxes $105.89.
Description of Work: Clothes washer (Kenmore Heavy Duty 70 series) wouldn't spin, only had electrical hum when tried to spin or agitate. Called Tim, based on previous satisfactory repairs, to find out what was wrong and probably repair.
