Jeremy and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. He's great to work with. His crew was friendly, accommodating and cleaned up very thoroughly when done. His price beat everyone AND I got a higher quality shingle. My roof looks amazing and I'll definitely be using JOAT for my next home project.

Working with Jeremie was an absolute nightmare. And I have proof of this. Not only did they fail to complete the home project, but they abandoned it halfway through, (with very nasty text messages) leaving us with shoddy workmanship and a mess to clean up, for example, excrement left by one of his workers who left it in the toilet for weeks. They also damaged the garage door, and never had the intention to fix it. There was zero time management or supervision, leading to constant delays and excuses. The quality of their work was appalling, with obvious signs of incompetence at every turn. Jeremie was incredibly rude and unprofessional. For a veteran who is supposed to be Military family- friendly, it was beyond disappointing. Save yourself the headache and avoid Joat services at all costs. They failed to deliver on every promise they made.

Great contractor. Work was done on schedule and to spec. Was on site and on time as promised. Would definitely use Jeremy again Project was a 45 ft retaining wall and footing and a 24 x42 garage and floor

It was done very fast and no debris was left the cost was as quoted the boss even came by to check on the job

This project was not one I planned on doing but it needed to be done and I wanted it done correctly. It was promised to be completed in one day - and it was! Work stated about 7:30 AM and was finished by 5:00 PM including a thorough cleanup of the work site. Priced well for a Class 4 quality shingles. Nice to know I don’t have to be concerned with any more hail storms!

Crew was great and they noticed that the fasteners were too short and then went and got the correct ones Roof looks great

The job went well, there were multiple challenges structurally and Jeremy and the J.O.A.T. team handled them well. Jeremy was super responsive and kept his commitments Till the job was finished. I would reccomend them and use them again.

For the most part it went well, but there was a glitch at the end. I believe JOAT did exceptional work and easily adjusted to unexpected changes in the repair demand. I would recommend JOAT for all plumbing concerns. They’re a reputable company with a good work ethic, knowledgeable and skilled, and deliver services at a fair cost.

I’ve met with him a couple times so far and I am looking forward to seeing the work get done.

At first I was only going to have Jeremy work on our in ground sprinkling system. As we talked, I found him friendly and very helpful with suggestions as to how to proceed. Soon we were talking about painting the interior of our newly purchased house. A job I wanted done quickly but was having a hard time finding a workman who I believe was reasonably priced. Jeremy was willing to do the work and had a "Can Do" spirit about him. Once started, my wife and I chose to pull carpeting, remove a wet bar and lay down laminate flooring. Jeremy was able and willing to do the work and remain flexible with our changing plans. He also helped with smaller jobs that needed to be done but had little to do with the job I hired him to do. Jeremy is hard working, conscientious, thorough and a friend. The work is still ongoing, but I know there will be future work and I will be sure to call upon him yet again.

It went well. Jeremy gave me a fair price and did the work well and in a reasonable amount of time. In fact, he is now working on a master bathroom tile project too for me, so I’ll update this once’s it’s completed

Everything went according to plan and in a timely manner. Jeremy gave us ideas when we weren’t sure to help us decide. Came to us with any issue he had and asked us what we wanted to do rather than take it upon himself to make a decision. Very professional and friendly.
