They were totally unqualified. No one was more than a carpet cleaner. They actually took some furniture out that they supposedly cleaned and they were not qualified to clean furniture. They dumped my antique china cabinet off the end of the truck. They walked out on the job where they did not even clean up on the ashes. It was a nightmate to have a house fire and have people treat you like this. They charged me for three hours of travel and they might be there a half hour to two hours. It took them a month to fill two dumpters with fluffy stuff such as couches and matresses. They said if I put an insurance claim against them they would have to keep my furniture. I had to find all of my own people around here. They might be able to clean your carpet, but nothing else.

We could only talk with a national sales office, and not the local office. They would NOT move furniture and the telephone rep was not helpful. In addition, the price quoted was significantly over what we paid to another carpet cleaning company.

We were very pleased with the work. They knew what they were doing and they were friendly. I think it was pretty good, and we had a terribly old carpet so it was above average. It was good and you get what you pay for. We had a little bit of miscommunication, but I think they came when they said they were going to come.

we were on a waiting list after a storm caused a lot of flooded basements in our area, but once they got to us, they were very efficient and helpful, as I had furniture and boxes I was unable to move by myself. Very expensive, but seemed to be very knowledgeable, and remediation certified so that our insurance company took his word for the damage done and we got our reimbursement very quickly.

I have been very satisfied with the carpet installed. They have done a couple different areas for me and they are always the first ones that I call. Their price was extremely fair. I asked them what kind of carpet would be good for a rental for durability and so forth; the carpet seems to be just fine.

They did alright, but the carpet is still not clean. I do not think that is their fault, because we bought a house with bad carpet. We tried to see if it would come clean, but it didn't really work. They did a great job, the carpet was just not able to be cleaned. They were right on time.
