I contacted Quality Carpet Care based on the recommendations I saw on Angie's List. My original appointment with this company had to be postponed due to the 09/10 May 2015 late-season snowstorm. However, Gary (the owner of the business) called the day after the storm subsided and asked if he could come over to clean that afternoon. He arrived within the window specified, and did a thorough job. He used a smaller cleaning tool to clean around edges and next to walls before using a larger device for the central parts of our carpeting. He even pulled some furniture away from the walls in places to clean HVAC return duct grills. I also requested that he clean our sectional couch (we have 2 Golden Retrievers who like to get up on the couch). Before employing an even smaller cleaning tool for the couch and cushions, Gary adjusted the water temperature to a more appropriate setting for fabric. I was impressed with the overall quality of the job and enjoyed chatting with him throughout the process. Gary took his time and did the cleaning properly. Our 4-year-old carpets now look almost like new, with "nap" and color restored (it had been over a year since last cleaning). I considered the price charged to be reasonable for the scope of work performed.

I called for an appointment on Friday, 2 May. They had one appointment available today, 5 May, at 8:00. He was here right on time. He looked over the job, gave me an estimate which I initially thought would be much too low, told me he should be done by noon and started. He was done at 10:30. The work was excellent, the carpets all look fine and the cost was under the estimate. He was extremely friendly and respectful. He even cleaned the small entrance carpet by our garage door and left us a bottle of spot remover. I cannot recommend him high enough.

Customer service at it's finest!! This man truly cares about his customer and goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with the end product. I just recently bought a home and stumbled on to Quality Carpet Care on Angie's list. Called to make an appointment and as luck would have it, he was available. Gary, the owner, arrived on-time and took the time to do a thorough assessment. Prior to his arrival, I was considering pulling up the carpet and replacing it as it was stained and incredibly dirty. Gary spent hours going over the carpet and high traffic areas. I had explained to him that my daughter suffered from allergies and I knew that there had previously been pets in the home. He suggested I pull one of the furnace vents, which I did and found it had a fair amount of dust, dirt, and hair. He offered to vacuum/clean all if I would remove the vents. Fair enough! When he was done, I felt like I had a home that was clean and wouldn't further aggravate her allergies. The carpet that I had wanted to trash, looked almost like new. Not all of the stains came out, but I was thrilled with the outcome. Thank you Gary for your outstanding attention to detail! I will be using Quality Carpet Care again and would definitely refer friends and family!

I have had a lot of experience with them. I like that it's a small business company with one owner. He is very responsive, independent and does a really good job. He takes pride in what he does; so he takes time to do a really good job.

I called a few times and I never received a call back. I ended up hiring a different company.

I phoned to make an appointment, left a message. I received a return call within 2 hours. I was able to get my cleaning appointment set for within 3 days..I was estatic to say the least. I had company coming in a few weeks so was glad it would not be the last thing on my to do list. Gary came on time, looked all over my place and asked about every stain and mark on the carpet. He explained how different stains require different pretreating. I was embarassed at how many stains I had, I guess with a senior aged dog and three cats, I should not have been so surprised. He first vacuumed everywhere, then pretreated the stains. He said he appreciated that I had moved as much of the furniture as I possibly could. He worked so hard but it didn't seem to take too long at all. He put huge fans on each cleaned area to aid in drying. He explained the need to stay off the carpet until it was totally dry or it would start picking up dirt from our feet or shoes and would make the clean floor look dingy right away. I have done that in the past and know that to be true. Gary was professional and had a cheerful manner during his time in my home. He was neat, clean and orderly. The carpet looked wonderful when he left but to me the real test is when the carpet is dry and a day or two later. In the past I have had some stains 'reappear' so I am not too quick to judge the job. All of my rooms looked great. Some of the stains were old so I didn't have any hope for them. Those were out as well. I call him my miracle worker. I will not use anyone else for my carpet cleaning. Quality Carpet Care is the Best.
