All American Siding & Windows arrived went to work, they were meticulous treating my home like they were working on their Moms house. Went the extra mile, never too busy to answer questions, address any concerns I had. Clean up- no mess. Storm Atlas hit in 8 months later, electrical power went off at 74 degrees 4 days later was 68. They have returned almost yearly just to check my house. Best investment.

I purchased a 1970’s home with a ton of character and a lot of quirks. One of the things I loved about the home was the floor to ceiling windows. But they were old and they needed to be replaced. I am a real estate agent, so I’ve done business with All American for years and I have been very happy with how well they take care of my clients. When it came time for my personal project they were the obvious choice. Working with them on my home project made me a believer that EXCELLENT customer service does still exist! The owner, Ben took so much time to ensure that my oversized windows with weird custom sizes were going to be right. He made several site visits, he ensured the manufacturer had the order correct. He promised me I would have my windows before Christmas and despite Covid delays and freezing cold temperatures he made it happen. The crew that installed my windows were the best of the best! They had to navigate my steep backyard, windows that were enormous and 20’ off the ground in freezing weather with an annoying Golden Retriever trying to steal their tools. They were so kind, so respectful and did an amazing job! My windows make me smile every single day!

The sales team (Craig and Mr. Pouier) responded within two days to our request for information. They came to our home and spent nearly three hours with us going over our needs, various product options, describing how they do a job, furnishing extensive references, and generally leaving a very positive impression with us. We found them to be extremely thorough, friendly, patient, respectful, and professional. We really wanted to do business with them, but ultimately went with another provider whose product we felt better suited our ultra high wind area.

I was at work overseas and my wife was home at the time. She does not know much about this type of business. Usually in these type of situations, you would think to come home and find cut-corners. This was NOT the case with these guys. Everything was done as agreed upon 5 months earlier when i hired them.
