I'll just say it: I hate plumbing. My husband and I can both handle most any household emergency, he can do electrical and faucet work, I can fix woodworking. So on, so on. But plumbing, forget about it. Our kitchen sink plumbing has never been up to standard as our house contains many architectural and common sense faults. We've struggled a handful of times with our disposal over the past few months getting clogged by simple waste etc. Yet again, the disposal is presumedly clogged and water backs up. Nasty, awful business and the disposal is spitting water into the wood cabinetry under the sink. I searched frantically for some help, as I wasn't going to wait 6 hours for a releative to get off work and help me out. Dan's Drain & Duct saved the day! Dan contacted me himself after I inquired about the business. He came to inspect the problem outside of his normal hours and fixed the problem promptly. As usual, the pipework under the sink is an absolute menace and just gladly ate up all the waste that came through the disposal. In addition to the pipes being an eggshell trap, the disposal was also leaking/spitting water and had likely blew a gasket or rubber seal. Because of Dan's friendly and fast help, we not only got the clog cleared and the sink usable again, but we now know that we need a new disposal and also got a reference for getting the whole system under the sink redone. My experience was very good; He showed up on time and cleaned up everything very well; no mess I had to handle; very thorough; addressed exactly what he was going to do and showed me the debris he removed from my ducts. I've already recommended him to several friends.

I would clean my house and the next day it was already dusty before I had the ducts cleaned. I would also come home from work and my nose would get all stuffy and by morning was horrible. After having my ducts cleaned the dust has gone away and allergies in my house are gone, I can actually breath normally again. The $400 i spent for this service was money WELL spent! I also bought a UVC Max 36 Air Purifying System and an Electrostatic Air filter from Dan which I also believe is a great investment. I can tell Dan takes pride in his work and is work ethic is out of this world. I have never had such great service in my life. I would recommend him to anyone!
