+ 0 moremY HOUSE IS PRETTY MUCH RUINED FROM THE PIPES BREAKING. iT IS DEAD OF WINTER AND I AM RELATIVELY HOMELESS FROM HEAT LOSS AND THERE IS STILL NO SIGN OF GROTE Neighbors say the door is open with snow blowing in and workman have seemingly abandoned the project.
Description of Work: failed to change furnace in a timely fashion Waited past contract deadline to begin change of furnace From middle of October until after Christmas the house has had no heat. Some pipes are broken now and the gas water heater shows no pilot light. Grote has no business phone. They were awarded the bid by Community action with eleven days to complete the project The plants are dead and the house is froze up. No one answers I think that Grote bid s too low and that it is not worth it for them to change the furnace. Two months into the project there is still no furnace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
