+ -1 moreThe house we rented was way over priced. It was in very poor condition and getting worse. The roof was leaking and rain was coming down the walls causing mold to form. We were told it would be fixed and it never was. The floors were crooked, no doors closed (not even the bathrooms) and the property was in an overall state of disrepair. We asked to be let out of our lease because of the continuous problems with the house. We were not only charged for the lease, but for problems with the property that were due to neglect on the agencies part.
