Tom and his office were very responsive. when they confirmed the weather would hold the timeline was like clock work. The crews were please with their workmanship and that was nice to see that they took pride in a job well done, because they did very clean work. No mess anywhere from paving materials or seal coating. Will use Oniel Paving again for regular maintenance, and would recommend to my family and friends?

Tom was extremely responsive and came out for an estimate very quickly based on MY availability. Once we entered into the contract, he said they would lay the driveway as soon as there were no rainy days ahead. Driveway was laid within 2 weeks of first contact. He and his brother and crew were extremely professional and explained everything. In contrast, we had come to a verbal agreement with another company to do the same thing for a much higher price, and received the run-around for over 6 weeks. ONeil's Paving appreciated our business and made every effort to let us know they did.

Mr. O'Neil arrived at our house for an estimate the same afternoon we contacted him. The estimate was fair, worked performed as promised and his crew was pleasant and professional. His crew was so good that when they noticed that I could not get my car off the lawn, they stopped their lunch unrequested to give me a push so I could go to work. uld come back in about a month to assure there were no issues. The only negative is that upon completion of the job, Mr. O'Neil said that he would come back in about a month to check the job again and see if there were any issues. We never saw him and have not contacted him because there have been no issues.

The first meeting with Mr Tom O'Neil Sr. went very well and I could tell he like to do business on a very personal level, getting to know his customers and likes to let the customer get to know him. I explained what work I wanted and he listened carefully and provided some helpful suggestions. He also brought along a portfolio of their recent work. We agreed upon the price and once the weather cooperated, he and his crew, which consists of his two sons and two helpers arrived on time and finished the job in one day. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards very well. My old drive had some issues with large roots and those were taking care of without issue. There was some public road paving going on in my area and I had asked that company if they were interested in my driveway job, but was quickly told it was "small potatoes" to them and they were not interested. I was glad I found Tom O'Neil. I would highly recommend this company for any small paving or pavement repair needs you may have.

It worked out real well. It was more expensive than the company I used. Everything was fine except for the cost which was a little bit more than I wanted to pay. They were very professional. I got a quote within a week but I didn't use them because it was too high.

I regret to say that after several attempts over a couple of months to have O'Neil's paving do an estimate on my driveway (they were the closest service listed on Angie's List), I'm going to have to choose another provider. I spoke with Mr. O'Neil several times to visit my house and provide an estimate to compare with the other two companies that had given one. Luckily Angie's List was able to provide another contractor which showed up on time when he said he was going to and gave me an estimate. It's a little more expensive than the other, but he was prompt, intelligent and deserves my business. C&C 's Concrete will start on my driveway next week.

Did a great job. Very friendly and professional. Prompt in coming out and giving estimate, arrived on time when work was scheduled to be done, and charged exactly what they said cost would be. We love the driveway and thoroughly enjoyed meeting Tom, his brother. Obvious they're very experienced and know what they are doing. They demonstrated this, for example, when paving a couple of areas outside the garage that required someone with experience and finesse, I would recommend them to anyone, and in fact already did to my neighbor who also had them install a new driveway too.

Contacted O'Neil's in April to get an estimate to pave our driveway. Tom Sr. came out promptly. He is a pleasure to do business with. We finally decide to have the work done. Contacted them in July to schedule. They were prompt in returning my phone call and we scheduled the work for August 8. They were on time, courteous, and professional. The driveway turned out great. Thank you O'Neil's for a job well done.

Tom O'Neil was very responsive and did exactly what he told me he would do. He was very punctual and provided me with an estimate and kept me advised as to timing of the work. The communication was excellent and I am pleased with the work performed. There were no surprises and I am happy with the work.

The work crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. The men were professional, kind and very nice. I had to go out and ask them a question and they responded knowledgeably and politely. When the job was complete, Mr. O'Neil came to the door and asked me if it met my approval. It sure did! I would use and recommend O'Neil's to anyone. That was on July 1, 2014. On July 21, 2014, it rained. It did rain hard, but the driveway washed out. It had deep gullies down the middle of the drive. Gravel was washed out and on the street. I called Tom O'Neil and he sent two of his men back to fix the problem. They did repair the driveway, but it was not such a good job. I asked the man that seemed to be in charge and he told me that they had not brought enough material to do a better job. I called Tom O'Neil that afternoon and asked him what had happened. I also told him that I was told that he should have put a divert-er near the top of the drive. This would keep the water from tearing up the material. Tom told me that he did not know that it was going to rain 5 inches in an hour and he would put a divert-er in for $750, or pave the drive for $4,4000 and put the divert-er in for free. He did say that because of the trouble, he would pave the drive for $4,000.00. He said that was all he could do, but he would come back and fix it if it washed out again. He also said that he really did not have time to do small jobs like driveways, although they are listed on his business card and he seemed glad to do it. It rained again and the driveway washed out again. I called and left a message and asked him to contact me. We cannot use the driveway as it is now, we can go up and down, but that is all. We can not get Tom to answer e-mails or return phone calls. I did tell him that we feel that he just put this stuff down knowing that it would wash out and we would have to go ahead with the full pavement. We feel that Tom is dishonest and is finished with us since he has our $2,700.00 Tom called back on August 4, 2014 and said that he would pave (asphalt) for $3,600.00. Since we had no choice, we agreed. Today is August 11 and it has rained for a few days and the driveway seems to be lasting. Time will tell. We still feel that Tom was dishonest about the first stuff he put down, and we have paid him a total of $6,300. We just hope that this pavement will last. Oh, he did not put in a divert-er, which he said that he would put in for free if we had the driveway paved. We will not ask for one, as we are finished with him.

Tom contacted me promptly and had to schedule a time to review driveway. He gave me a three estimates for fixing potholes, paving whole asphalt portion or paving whole driveway which included asphalt and concrete. He seemed very easy to work with. He did say that it may take him up to two months to come out and fix it, but would contact me two days before coming out. He did a very nice job on the payment.

The maintained attention to detail, were courteous, prompt and did a beautiful job. Very responsive as well.

They did everything they said they would, when they said they would at the agreed price. that's all I can ask for. Excellent quality and communication.

ON TIME IF NOT EARLY AND CREW WAS VERY FRIENDLY. TOM WAS ON SITE WORKING ALONG WITH THE OTHERS.

It went very well. When I called to get an estimate they came out right away. I contacted Tom when I was ready to do the job, but asked them to stop by before doing the job so I could have a complete understanding of what would be done. Tom scheduled time to come out. I met them at the homes on Thursday and he said they would be out the following week to do the work. The next Tues. the crew showed up on time and did a very professional job. I was very pleased! I will definitely use them again.

They did a really good job. It looks great.

They never showed up - or even contacted me after initial contact. It didn't "go" anywhere!

We have a small community of 35 homes and we own our streets. We contracted with O'Neil to repair two damaged areas of asphalt and to seal our streets. Working with them was easy and pleasant. The work they did was excellent. I've received comments like "...our streets look great..." and "...our streets haven't looked this good in years." They did a great job and we're very happy with the results.

O'Neil was responsive when I called, and was able to come out within a few days to take a look at the road. They seemed knowledgeable and professional, and said they'd get me an estimate in a few days or maybe a week. That was 6 weeks ago. I have called their office several times and they have not returned my calls. The time I have spent on them has been wasted.

Overall, the project was smooth as silk. Definitely the company to use for asphault work.

The owner was involved regularly and supervised every step of the process. The company and workers certainly know their business and we are so happy we chose O'Neil's from among the four companies that provided estimates for the job.

They did a good job. When some damage occurred it took them a while to come out and repair it. They said the delay was due to the weather.

We had received an estimate over the phone, which was $900 less than the previous estimate we had received from another company. The crew showed up early, went to work immediately, and were finished within 1 1/2 hours. The crew was very pleasant, very professional. We love our new driveway! We would absolutely, without a doubt, hire this company again!

They were real professional and the price was great. They did the work and they were gone. It was a good experience. I will be using them again in the future.

I called for a estimate on my driveway to get sealed.An appointment was set up to come look at my driveway the next day.Rick showed up however I was unable to be there while he was there to look at my driveway and give me a price he called me and was very clear on what he would do,how long it would take and what the outcome would be.He must of answered 20 questions that I had.After all of that.I asked if he still could come back out the next day to meet in person to go over it again.He had no problem with that and the next day he was just as patient in answering all my same questions as he was the day before.We scheduled a time do it and they arrived when they said they would and all I have to say is I couldn?t of asked for a better job.When they came out they blew off the driveway along with sealing the cracks and he then sealed it with the blackest sealer I have ever seen.Rick made my driveway look new.I will call them in the future and am proud to recommend O'Neil's Paving to my friends and family.
