We had to wait several weeks to get him to do our job. He does all the painting himself and stays busy. He always returns my calls and told me upfront that he had a vacation planned. Noticed that another person gave him an F because of this. He did a great job and we would use him again.

Jimmy was a pleasure to work with and a total professional. Takes pride in his work and makes sure it is to your satisfaction. Uses high quality paints and multiple coats. Does it all himself and doesn't rush or cut corners. Others in our neighborhood noticed his work and will be using him as well. Highly recommended.

We called and left word. He returned the call in 2-3 days to say that he was going on vacation and we should call him again after he returned. I called last Sat, leaving word on one line and talking to his father on the other. Now it is Tue evening, I've heard nothing and I'm seeking a different painter. Our job is a small one. Apparently he's not interested in it. That would be fine if he'd just tell me so but not returning calls isn't.

He wouldn't return phone calls. I set up times for him to come out, and he said he would call before to confirm the exact date and then he wouldn't call. Then I would have to call him again and set up another date. Overall, he has been pretty unresponsive.

I called this painting contractor to get an estimate on a small job that included stucco repair and a small interior painting job. ( I made it clear I knew it was a small job, and would not get first priority.) He came by within a couple of days and took a look at the work, said he would be in touch in a couple of days with a price. He was pleasant and professional, and quick to hand out Angie's List flyers for his business. I had to call him after a week and he did get back to me via phone message with a good price ($285), and I told him via phone message to plan to proceed. He then disappeared for a couple of weeks with no contact, and I had to start calling him. When he finally called back, he claimed to have broken his phone, and said he was busy but would call back to schedule and should get to the work in a week or two. I called him a week ago and warned him that I was moving on if I did not hear from him. He never returned that call and now the two weeks has passed and I am fed up. I may have a date or two wrong, but I know this odyssey started in mid-June, because we were originally concerned about working around the 4th of July based on his first estimate of timing. After the initial estimate visit, I received 1 message and was able to contact him back for 1 live conversation. I probably called him 5-6 times. When will contractors realize that customers will be patient if they are kept informed?

They did a very nice job of repairs and painting. They were very accommodating and professional. Jimmy explained everything to us in advance, and always got confirmation before proceeding with the work. Their price was very reasonable for the quality of work performed.

Bought the Big Deal for 8 hrs of painting. The challenge was to prep the walls due to previous wallpaper glue residue, so Jimmy said that it would require 2 visits and an extra visit charge. So on the first visit he applied a coat of color and then mud to cover the rough areas. He came back 2 days later to sand the mud smooth and apply the finish coat. He did a great job.

Called through deals on Angie's list. Was great to set up date and time that meet our every request. We gave our son and daughter-in-law for a present as a new house gift. They did an excellent job and currently trying to line them up again for more rooms. Thank you

Jeffcoat made a huge job (22' high wall) look easy. They were on time and very courteous. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services.
