It was an insurance claim. They worked with the insurance adjuster. They then came in and did the entire job from start to finish in a day. They did not damage any plants or grass in the yard. They got in and out with out leaving any mess behind. They made sure to use a magnet to get up any nails and use a blower to clear the driveway. They did a fabulous job.

They did it on time and they did a good job.

The work was satisfactory. It was an easy job that had to be done by a professional. It was a very simple project.

It went great! The guys were diligent, on time, and were meticulous in their cleanup. Everyone was very pleasant and very courteous. My roof looks great!

They were excellent and everything was wonderful. This was a verbal contract wherein I talked to them and they agreed to it. They did the work. There was nothing that they could improve upon. They were a great company with a very good reputation around here. I was very satisfied with their work and I would certainly recommend them to anybody. The work was fine. I have not yet used them for a huge project but I would be using them. I am dealing with them on fixing my roof after a bad wind storm but they have not yet done the work.

I thought the process went smoothly. I did not compare with other roofers because of the recommendation I received from a friend so I cannot state whether the price was fair or not compared with other roofers.

He did a great job. They were prompt and took care of our need. It was a small job. I don’t remember how much I paid for it. As a matter of fact there is a need to replace the roof and we would be using them.

They did a great job. I am very happy with them. The job they did was perfect. I liked the level of professionalism. They did exactly what I asked. They were very clean. They cleaned up fast. There are no nails or debris in my yard. It was great. I really can’t say enough about how the roof looks. I would definitely use them in the future.

The installation work turned out fine. I did think they were expensive, but other than that they did the job right. The skylights are hard to install the right way. A lot of people don?t do it right. I may use them again in the future if needed but I would get a quote from them first.

Went extremely well. Excellent accurate quote. Showed up on time, did job in the estimated amount of time. Used something like a bull dozer with a big bucket to collect the shingles up high, so them didn't fall on our many plantings. Very need. Immaculate. Went through with magnets to pick up stray nails falling from the roof to the ground. Their price was a higher than other quotes I got, but it was worth it. This company does about 50% of all new roofs in my 1,000 home neighborhood, which need a lot of roofing work; so others must be recommending them also.

Very happy with the job and the the performance of the crew. Roger West came out to do the estimate right away and used the GAF shingles that we required. Estimate included 30 pound felt and some ice and water shield where needed. Competing bids specified 15 pound felt and no ice and water shield for the same price. The crew arrived when promised and completed the entire job in only 4 days. All work was excellently done, with flashing all around. Roof has never looked better! Access to the house is very difficult and the crew had to work using a forklift wherever they could place it. Tarps were placed on the ground around the house to catch the debris and especially the nails. All debris was picked up and hauled away. No gutters were damaged. After the job was complete, a magnetic rake was used to collect any nails that might have escaped. We have only found one nail since the job was completed.

NICE, BUT VERY UNORGANIZED. I HAD TWO EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. THE FIRST WAS TO RE-NAIL A SINGLE SHEET OF SHINGLES THAT HAD COME LOOSE FOR $80. THEY FINALLY CAME OUT TO DO THAT AFTER I CALLED WHEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW AS PROMISED. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED THE PIPE BOOTS REPLACED AS WELL,($320 NOW), AND COULDN'T RENAIL THE SHEET THAT HAD COME LOOSE. THEY FOUND A CLOSELY MATCHED SHINGLE A WEEK LATER, CAME BACK TO NAIL THAT IN PLACE AND DO THE PIPE BOOTS AND TO THEIR CREDIT DECIDED THAT I DIDN'T NEED THE PIPE BOOTS REPLACED. BILLED ME $320. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THE PIPE BOOTS WERE ONLY $10 EACH SO THEY WOULD KNOCK $40 OFF THE BILL. SO MY $80 DOLLAR JOB TURNED INTO A $280 JOB, I OBJECTED AND ASKED FOR THE OWNER TO CALL ME, HE DIDN'T, SO I LEFT THEM ANOTHER UNANSWERED MESSAGE. FOUR MONTHS LATER THEY CALLED TO COLLECT THE BILL, WE AGREED EASILY ON $180 FOR THEIR 'EXTRA' EFFORT. THE OWNER AGREED TO COME OUT A WEEK AGO TO COVER AN EXPOSED ROOF AREA, AGAIN NO SHOW, NO PHONE CALL, AND NO MOR

EASON''S PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK THEY DID. THEY DISCOVERED AND CORRECTED SEVERAL STRUCTURAL PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOF BEFORE INSTALLING THE NEW SHINGLES. THE WORK CREW WAS COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. GOOD CLEAN-UP AFTERWARD.
