Several years ago we hired Eason to replace our house roof after a hail storm. We were very impressed with the crew, the service and quality of the work they did. When we got hit by a severe hail storm Friday evening of Memorial Day weekend, the first call we made Saturday morning was to Eason Roofing. Frank Eason (the owner) called back within 15 minutes. As it was a holiday and the sudden popup storm had not been in the weather forecast, he had given his guys the weekend off, but said he would call shortly. He called back 15 minutes later saying he could have someone over the next day. Curt was there first thing Sunday morning. He did a complete inspection of our roof and found the house was fine but the garage roof was damaged and needed to be replaced. The siding on the house and garage was severely damaged and needed replacing as well. The good news is Eason also does siding work. Curt spent the time to take the measurements and explain what needed to be done. When the insurance inspector came to review the damage, Curt also made it a point to be here to go help make sure nothing was missed. During the process he was diligent about staying in touch with us to keep us informed as to when things would be started and completed. Curt was always accessible anytime we had a question and always made us feel as if we were his only customer. And we know that wasn't true as a number of neighbors also hired him. The roofing and siding crews were dedicated, efficient, respectful and very skilled. Another thing that impressed us is how well they cleaned the job site up at the end of each day. We have received many compliments on how nice our home looks. And we agree. Eason has been in business for a long time and both of our experiences with them are shining examples of why.

Called Eason and got a quick response and estimate for my parents after hail storm. Jason was very prompt and courteous and they started when they said they would. They still nail shingles by hand and it only took 2 1/2 days. They cleaned up really well and I went over the area with a magnet and only found a handful. The paperwork was fast and easy and Jason called back later to see if everyone was satisfied. I wish I would have had them do my own roof a couple years ago. Would recommend to anyone.

From beginning to end, was a true pleasure to work with Eason Roofing! Jason was extremely thorough and accurate in his estimate, as well as efficient in completing it promptly so that the insurance claim could be filed on a timely baisis. He was also very patient in helping us wade through the complex insurance estimate to understand what damage was covered and what was not. Once the work was complete, he took time to review the final paperwork from the insurance company in detail and, recognizing some errors/ommissions, he contacted the insurance company on our behlaf to successfully advocate for additional items to be included in the final payment of our claim. In a word, Jason was exceptional! The crew that came to do the actual work exemplified a work ethic that is rare these days. The first day, they worked 12 hours in blazing heat to remove and begin replacing our roofing. The job foreman ran a tight operation -- everyone knew his job and worked efficiently at it. Each member of the team was hardworking and polite. The job was completed in less than three days and the quaility of the work was excellent. The final cleanup was very through as well. My husband I and were extremely pleased with our experience of working with Eason Roofing. We enthusiastically recommend this company!

GREAT ! Jason is well versed in his trade and product line. He understood what we needed and how to get it done. The crew was courteous , respectful , and wanted the job to be done right. They did a fantastic job ! The new roof looks great ! The cleanup was very good ,and there was no damage to the yard or flowers around the house. I would use Eason again , and would highly recommend them to anyone with roofing issues.

Please note: I don't recall the exact amount we paid since it was five years ago that Eason Roofing replaced our roof. We got quotes from various roofing companies after experiencing heavy damage during a hailstorm in 2009. We also had a leak that dripped water directly onto our master bedroom ceiling, causing water stains. We needed a new roof! After obtaining various quotes, we decided that we like Eason Roofing best (their price was in the middle of the pack, but their professionalism impressed us, as did their warranties). Eason came out and promptly ripped up our existing roof and put the new one in place. During the job, their heavy truck was in our driveway, which couldn't handle the weight of the truck - one slab of the driveway snapped in two. We determined that the dirt under the driveway had been slushed away due to a leak in one of our sewer pipes, causing an open space that did not support the cement slab properly. We never would have known had the truck not broken the driveway! We asked Eason Roofing to cover half the expense to repave the driveway, to which they agreed, knocking off the estimate amount from their final bill for the roof. We had the pipe repaired and the cement When it came time for cleanup, his crew did a great job getting up all the materials and most of the nails from around the property. I did find nails laying on my front sidewalk and back patio the day after they completed the job, but only a handful. Five years later, our roof still looks brand new and we've not experienced any trouble with it at all.

They removed and replaced several shingles, removed and replaced considerable flashing, repaired a vent pipe, repaired potential leaks on the chimney, and more. The workers were thorough, polite and guided me through a tour of the finished job. I couldn't be happier with them

They were here on the day and time promised,everyone one was great!Jason did the estimate and the follow up,very friendly and courteous.The crew was friendly and courteous and listened to ant input I had.After they were done,they cleaned so good,I could eat off the floor in my carport!! It only took them two days!!

They're excellent. I definitely would recommend them. They are extremely professional and extremely prompt. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and stayed in touch with me through the process. I could not say enough nice things. Price was reasonable. The important thing is the quality of work and they were so professional. I mean, just great people.

I called Eason Roofing, LLC roofing on Monday, April 7 in the morning and spoke to Sherry. She took all my information and had me speak to Joey Malone. He told me he would be there within a couple of hours. He called just before he came to let me know when he would be there. He was prompt, professional and very nice. He not only caulked around the water heater vent, he also caulked around the air conditioner vent. He told me if I had any more problems with the leak to call him and he'd be back to correct it and if everything was good to call and let him know it was good. He did not charge us. I could not believe that. Even if he had charged us, I would still recommend Eason Roofing, LLC and Joey Malone. He was what you hoped a service man would be, prompt, very knowledgeable, and very nice. I would definitely use and recommend Eason Roofing, LLC and Joey Malone.

Jason came out and went on the roof with his iPad. He took numerous photos That showed where the leak was. He also saw other bad spots, taking photos of Them all. He then went over everything with me . My husband and I decided it Was in our best interest to have the whole roof done. Jason was very informative and answered all questions.

What started as a repair on one part of my roof unfortunately turned into a major moisture problem over the entire roof. A co-worker had recommended Eason so I called them to get an estimate for the original repair. When they started the repair we realized that the problem was worse than we originally thought. Due to the low pitch of the roof, the shingles had been allowing moisture to get underneath for quite some time. At that point they gave me an estimate for a new metal roof. I also got another estimate from an "A" rated, long established, roofing company. Eason's price was significantly better, and since they came so highly recommended it was an easy decision to have them replace the roof. During the entire process I felt confident that their goal was to give me the highest quality product and to make sure that I was completely satisfied. They were very upfront about their concerns with the old roof and the problems that might crop up as they started removing the old layers. I felt very fortunate that I had a company so dedicated to doing their job right. With a lesser company it could have been a disaster. Even thought the cost was substantial I know that I got an excellent value, especially considering the quality product I received. I want to sincerely thank Frank, Joey and the Eason team that restored my roof. I have so much peace of mind knowing that the job was done right and I'll never have to worry about it again!

Roofer arrived and asked about problems that we had with leaking. He went on roof an assessed the situation, finding that the boots on the roof had become cracked and brittle and needed replacement. Quickly repaired and went on his way. Very professional!

Jason was great. He was out promptly to give the estimate. Estimate was very competitive and he took his time to answer all the questions. When called to sign contract he was there quickly and scheduled crew for the next week. Crews arrived on time and were very polite. They took care to put up barriers and drop cloths to protect the plants and the Koi fountain. Cleaned up all the mess around the house NO NAILS LEFT!. They showed me where the 1x6 boards had holes and where they had to replace them. All in all very satisfied.

Over a year ago we hired another roofing company to do a complete replacement after a hailstorm that damaged the roof. This was not a small job, as our home has three stories and the roof has multiple levels. Unfortunately, that was a terrible experience that resulted in significant water intrusion and damage to the interior of the home after the work was completed. They could never get it right, and showed up three times with a caulking gun rather than a plan to do the proper installation repairs. Eason was one of three companies that we had come in and look at the prior installation to confirm what needed to be corrected. It was an easy decision to then hire Eason to do the necessary repairs, as they were the most professional and competent of any contractor we dealt with. Eason's crew spent more time on our roof than the earlier company spent on the entire replacement. They communicated everything that needed to be done before they did it, explaining the process every step of the way. Meticulous in their work, they documented in pictures the shortcomings with the prior installation. Since I wasn't about to step on the roof myself, they also documented their repairs in the same manner. A supervisor was always on site during the repairs, rolling up his sleeves and pitching in to do some of the work himself! Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Eason Roofing for any work that you are considering. They are timely, professional and very communicative. They take pride in their work and do things right the first time. Most of all, they are a trustworthy company and stand behind their work. I only wish I had found them earlier... A house is a significant asset. The roof is a critical component in a home's integrity and value; having a contractor that knows what needs to be done and is adept at doing the job in a most professional manner is invaluable. Peace of mind is paramount when dealing with the work done on your home, and that is exactly what Eason Roofing delivers.

Prior to beginning work, they placed tarps inside under the skylights to catch any debris that might fall through the openings. The original skylights were translucent plastic with edges flush with the roof surface. They replaced 4 of 5 skylights with new and superior skylights. I had decided not to replace the skylight in the damaged bathroom because it would only complicate the ceiling repair. The old skylights were translucent plastic at roof level. Eason roofing made wood curbs at skylight holes painted so as to blend in with the finished ceiling. The curbs were flashed as well as caulked to prevent any possibility of a leak. the new skylights were then placed over the curbs. The new skylights have metal frames that fit over the curbs with clear glass held in place with a rubber seal. The new skylights are superior in design, heat transfer, and appearance. I can see the tree branches as well as sky clearly. The roof shingles and paper water barrier were removed and replaced with high quality architectural shingles over 30 pound felt. This type of shingle is less susceptible to leakage on a low pitch roof like mine. while doing their roofing work they replaced some rotten wood over the bathroom. They also found a spot where there was no wood and repaired it. Earlier this year I had bought a small building and wanted the roof to match as it is painted to match. When it was built, only shingles without a vapor barrier had been put on the small roof. They removed the old shingles and replaced with matching architectural shingles also over 30 pound felt. The work took three days. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The finished roof has a much nicer appearance than the original roof due to the architectural shingles. When they finished, they cleaned up outside and inside under the skylights.

This is a top notch, 100% professional roofing company from start to finish. There was more damage than the original insurance adjuster has identified. They worked extensively with my insurance company to get together on a fair an equitable price. The repair crew arrived at exactly the time they were scheduled to. The foreman introduced himself to me and work started immediately. He and the members of his crew were cordial and happy to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Work and complete clean up around my house and yard was accomplished 7 hours. I was contacted in person by the Eason employee that I had been working with a couple of days to make sure that I was satisfied with my new roof. It looks great and as they say " I am a happy camper". I would recommend Eason Roofing to anyone without hesitation. Sincerely Mark

They were a great company to work with, there were no surprises, all work was completed with 1 and 1/2 days which I thought was excellent. They also installed a ridge vent which we did not have prior and it has made a huge difference in our heating and ac bill. They install shingles by hand with a hammer and nails no nail guns which is one reason we were willing to pay a little more for their services. We have had no problems with our roof. They are also certified with the shingle manufacturer for installation so that we have a 30 yr guarantee on our new roof.Overall the entire experience was great!!

Eason was my first choice to do the work. Did a great job.

I had scheduled 6 companies to give me an estimate to repair my leaking roof. Four of the companies said that I needed a new roof that would cost about $12,000. Eason inspected the roof and said that the roof only needed some repairs as the shingles were still in very good shape. Eason noted that our main problem was due to someone nailing toe boards in certain areas over top of the shingles that created our leaking problem. The initial work was done on 3/7/12 with an agreement to return later to fix any leaks that may have been missed during the initial repair. We watched the roof over several months and to my surprise, all the leaks in the two bad areas were completely dry. However, they came back as promised on 7/3/12 to repair two remaining minor leaks. It has now rained h****** several occasions and I am happy to report that there are no leaks. They save us a lot of money plus gave me another 10 to 12 years of roof life. They were honest and showed up on all the appointed times to do the work. The quality of their work was excellent - you couldn’t even tell where they replaced the shingles. I highly recommend Eason for any of your roofing needs.
