Jason from Eason came out and gave me a professional assessment of what needed to be done. Eason's crew showed up at 8 am and they went to work. They fixed several areas of wood rot without complaint and quite quickly. The crew stayed until the job was done. Also, they HAND NAIL everything, by default which results in a better job! I would recommend these guys any day of the week.

A crew of 10 arrived on the first day at 8:00 am, with the necessary equipment and supplies. The crew was organized and professional and immediately went about their tasks. They took all precautions protecting our house and exterior. When finished at night, they cleaned up to the extent that we barely knew they had been there. The crew was professional and courteous. This happened every day of the job. The new roof looks beautiful. We highly recommend Eason Roofing and have already to a neighbor in need. We really liked the Golden Pledge warranty, as our new roof is now under warranty for labor and materials for 25 years. It is transferable if we sell our home. The only negative was a scratch on one of our windows, which they did the best they could to repair with scratch remover.

Responded to request on Angie's List within a day, were on site about two days later, but needed 32' ladder. Sent a crew of two back about three days later w/out my prompting. One assisted setting up the ladder, other went up and did the fix in one trip, came down, they packed the ladder and left. Invoice arrived by email within two days. Price is good considering Eason's responsiveness, professionalism and necessary insurance, pretty important when a fall would be fatal. In my experience, these folks are committed and competent.

The repairs look great! The representative was very professional, and did an awesome job. They will be coming back to replace sky lights in my barn.

I had a rotten area near the chimney where the flashing was old and compromised. Their crew came in and fixed it right up. I had another issue that needed a bit of attention and Curt had his guys take care of it as well. Top notch company. Professional and did not leave any mess. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Went very well. Due to odd shape of house most contractors were not interested in the project. Eason was very honest up front that it would be difficult to estimate price and time involved. They did a beautiful job protecting the integrity of the design of the house and within a budget and timeframe we were happy with.

We cannot say enough nice things about this company. From the first call to the finished product Eason Roofing was responsive, professional, communicated with us thru the entire process (even took pictures so we could fully see what the issue was), completed the job quickly and most importantly correctly. We had a high wind and rain even this past week and it is the first time in 8 years we did not experience a leak issue. It was $325.00 which we felt was more than reasonable.

ireThe project went very well. Frank of Eason Roofing was very accomodating and professional. He came over any time an issue arose of leaking or any other problem. He never gave up on us working on a very complex roof. Would hire again in a minute.

They didn't return my first phone call. The second phone call was answered and i was told the company would call me back the next day. I never received a phone call. i would like to be paid for my time wasted. If they were not interested or capable of doing the work they should have spoken up.

Can't ask for anything better than honesty. He certainly could have told us there was a problem and "fixed" it and made money for doing nothing. We appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly investigate and determine there was nothing wrong!

Every aspect of this job went as well as it possibly could. The sales representative, Jason, was punctual and professional. The crew arrived on time and nearly completed the whole roof replacement in one day! They were knowledgeable, highly organized, and experienced contractors. When the job was complete, my yard around the house was spotless. I have yet to find a single nail or shingle. I would not hesitate to hire Eason Roofing again for any of my home repairs or upgrades.
