Lori arrived ready to tackle a home that hasn't really seen a lot of upkeep in a year and half! She spent the next 6 hours scrubbing and sweating until the house gleamed. Much of her time was spent in the bathrooms cutting through soap scum. The hardwood floors look fantastic and the grime coating the cabinets in the kitchen - GONE! I absolutely love the fact that she is willing to work with you and your needs. With Lori, you are not beholden to a negotiated contract with stipulations and a time allotment. She works with you (kind of like the 'olden' days before cleaning companies got going). So far....so good. I'm so glad I read the reviews and decided to give Lori a try. She'll be back for sure!

I'd rather keep her perfection a secret, and hesitate to rate Lori's work - I never want her to get too busy to work with me again,. This woman is terrific! Right off the bat she made friends with my two nutty dogs so they wouldn't be afraid of her. She works alone, or with her daughters-in-law only, so she doesn't have to be concerned with the character of employees she is dispatching to her clients' homes. My floors have never been shinier. She cleaned blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans, bathroom grout, and absolutely everything in my house. She is a tireless perfectionist, and have request she return on a regular basis. This woman is an absolute gem.

She performed an initial house cleaning for ~$150... she was very professional and did a good job.We then prepaid her (as a gift for my pregnant wife) $85 for the next visit. She will not return our calls or emails. Her voicemail box is usually full. We did speak with her a few months ago and she said she was in an accident and would call us when she was able to perform the services, but now we just want our prepaid back and she won't respond.

Arrived on time, worked continuously for a very long time, results were outstanding.

We had a rental house left absolutely trashed. I mean it was I-CAN'T-BELIEVE-PEOPLE-LIVE-LIKE-THIS-NASTY! We were having the house appraised and needed help cleaning out the stench. It all had to happen quickly; I called Lori Dease on Thursday, and the Appraiser was due on Tuesday morning. She came over on Saturday morning and went to work! The woman is incredible! It was 102 degrees outside, the air conditioning wasn't working in the nasty house and even that didn't slow Lori down. She scoured, scrubbed, and bleached for hours. When she finished, the house was unrecognizable and the smell was gone.

The house we had bought had sat for two years. I imediately looked on Angie's list for house cleaning. I called her on Friday and she was there Saturday morning to clean. I just had painters in for a week and now she is coming back She will be returning June 27th to do another move in cleaning. Then i will have her come in on a weeek to week basis.

We used them based on somebody's review. They were very thorough and did a good job. They were clear about what they would do and told us exactly what they would do.

I have used Dust "N" Stuff before. Lori arrives and goes to work like a Trojan and doesn't stop until she is finished. Will use again!

Dust N Stuff worked very hard at doing the cleaning. They did everything that I wanted completed. Their price was great and they were able to complete the job on the day I requested.

Lori shows up and works her fingers to the bone, she is a wonderful lady who does great work. My house is made up of two bachelors and she keeps us in line and our house spotless. I couldn't imagine bringing anyone else in after having her give us the personal treatment that she does.
