+ 0 moreIt was a HORRIBLE experience. While the deck extension was finished in mid-December, the staining/sealing and brickwork remain unfinished to this day. I have spent 6 months chasing them to complete the work and have received excuse after excuse (other job conflicts, weather, personal situation, etc.). I received a voicemail Monday, 7/3/17 that they would be here this Thursday or Friday (7/6 & 7/7), but they didn't show. When I called they said it was because I didn't confirm. They didn't request me to confirm and besides, it's a deck...they have full access to it and I hadn't had to confirm previously. I have paid 2/3 of the estimate and now have to pay somebody else to finish the work. Please avoid my mistake and don't hire them.
Description of Work: I hired CSM Construction / Chris Pike to extend my current deck and stain it in November 2016. Additionally, they were going to add brink around the new support column.
