+ -1 moreIf anyone can be likened to an artist as he power washes a structure, it is Michael. Though, to be fair, he should be more accurately described as an artist with an engineer’s mind. Rock, as he prefers to be called, studies the task for many minutes before firing up his sprayer. His purpose is to clean everything in the most efficient and thorough manner while disturbing as little of the surroundings (plants, garden decorations, etc...) as possible. In our job, he was challenged by our home’s large footprint and the steepness of the hillside slope. Yet, when he finished after two long days, the siding, gutters, brick paths —- all were vibrantly pristine. Rock is an artist with his sprayer and when he is done, you can be assured he will paint the client a masterpiece of cleanliness. Definitely would hire again and am singing his praises to all my neighbors.

+ -1 moreHe had ordered new equipment during the process of washing the house--thus he started and had to stop for about a week. But came right back and picked up where he left off. All of the issues are now fixed. Could not recommend him highly enough!! Very fine man!!
Description of Work: Rock washed our vinyl siding 2400 sq ft house. The gutters had lots of mildew/black on them from never having been sufficiently washed--we had done it ourselves and did not have equipment or products to do the job well. Beautiful guttlers now!! He takes great pride in his work and would not let me pay him until he had completely finished the job! Had some problems with equipment after he began--but got wonderful new equipment and came back and finished. Windows and siding look great!! Wonderful man!!! Terrific job!!! Don't be fooled by his age (our age too!)--he works very hard and does a fantastic job!!!
