We have used Home Innovations on more than one occasion and will use them in the future if needed. We couldn't be happier! Our first experience was in 2013 when we moved into our new house and had NO idea how to get things going, as the house is wired throughout and all the components are in a central closet. Shane and his team came out and did hours of work installing the new TV's and spent a lot of time with us helping us understand how it all worked together. They were VERY professional, clean, and polite and did not waste time. They were patient with us and our lack of knowledge and let us know they would help in the future if there were problems. There were NO problems!! We used them again when we changed from cable to satellite and had the same experience as before...VERY pleasant, professional, efficient, and patient. Their pricing is more than fair and their service is of the highest quality. We hope we don't ever have to move again, but if we do, Shane and his team will be there for sure!

Everything went as well we could expected. Alex and his crew work so well as a team and our very efficient. They are very detail oriented. We were amazed how they made sure they clean up any mess they made as well as vacuuming the rugs from any installation that might of missed the rugs they layed down. They spent as much time with my wife and I to make sure we understood how to work all the remotes. We would recommend them very highly.

All around excellent experience with this company!! Very clean, they used booties and furniture pads to protect the carpet, and vacuumed! Quality of work was top-notch. Shane also programmed our Direct TV remote to work with our Bose sound system. AND he put the existing TV mount neatly back in the box for an easy return!

Shane and his colleague arrived promptly and worked hard to provide a wireless electronic system in my house. They were very tidy and careful with my home and new hardwood floors. These guys were professional and very pleasant to work with, I recommend them highly!

Shane is great. This is actually my 3rd or 4th job with him. He initially helped me mount my TV and Sound Bar on our screened porch. He also set up a wireless HD Flow system out there to stream cable. About a year after I had the system, the HD flow box was malfunctioning. Shane returned - contacted the company - and received a new box and reinstalled at no charge. With the most recent job, I met Alex and John who performed excellent work. The thing I respect about Home Innovation Technologies is their experience in recommending how to make improvements in your home at a reasonable price. Their ability to hide wire with high quality sound is impressive.

Shane and John were outstanding. Without hesitation, I would recommend Home Innovation Technologies to anyone who needs a large TV mounted. In fact, I plan to utilize their services for all of my future home theater and audio-visual needs.

I attempted to contact this company and never got a response. Don't think I would want to depend on someone to do a job if they can not contact you back.

Once again, I had another great experience. Not just prompt, but early, every time they came. Fair. Trustworthy. Professional. Quality -- of their work and recommendations were perfect for us. Would you believe they even wear little booties over their shoes when they come in your house?! Who does that any more?! They are young professionals and know all about technologies and can help in so many aspects. I'm older and don't want to know it all--so it's nice to be able to have someone I can rely on and feel comfortable calling back with other needs as they arise. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Shane even came back when Cable came to hook up wireless to make sure everything they did worked properly! Again, although service companies are here to service the customer--it doesn't always work that way--but this company--yes! They are top notch! I not only have shared their contact info with family, friends and neighbors, but I would highly recommend them to anyone, that's why I'm taking the time to write this review!

Alex provided lack of service. Where do I begin. I run by him the projector Epson, my several thousand dollar projector to give him a general idea for our appointment on Thursday 6/19/14.. Alex never shows. I call him being understanding that he forgot he states. We proceed to agree to Friday 6/20/14 by 6 at the latest. Its 639 pm as I write this. My wife contacted Alex again today at 6:27. He tells my wife he told me 7ish and that he has been in the mountains all day with no cell reception. I have yet to figure out why he included that information. My wife lets him know 7 pm it quite inconvenient for a quote and he didn't need to worry about "heading our way when he was 30 minutes out" he had stated. My wife attempts to call the listed number for a Shane. He's more sympathetic apologetic on behalf of Alex . In conclusion, they failed on every level in the sales business side, customer service side, or being a lifelong customer to suggest their services.

We use him for ALL our tv, surround sound, outside speakers, and TiVo needs. We have been using them for two years so when we needed the Glory Star box installed on my M-I-L's house we called them to handle it. They took the new box, hooked it to her TV, made sure the channels she wanted were coming in and showed her how to use the control. She is delighted! They come when they say they will, their prices are good, and the work is perfect!

Our surround sound went out a couple years ago and we wanted it fixed. Shane, from Home Innovations Technologies, came in and showed how it was cut off on the remote. We also had a couple of wires that we were loose also. Shane showed us how to better use our remote. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and personable. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend HIT to anyone looking to improve or create a home theater experience.

These guys are pros, all team members are excellent and know what they're doing! They came behind some other well known home theatre installers to correct confusing issues, making our life a lot easier. Priced competitively, and what I consider to be very reasonable. Knowledgeable on most all aspects of home theatre equipment and installs. I wouldn't think of calling anybody else!

What a great experience! Shane and all the members of his team are experienced professionals -- evident from the first visit (to estimate the work) all the way through to a follow-up to fix a few minor issues after the main installation. They arrived exactly when they said, and all three members of the team were meticulous about putting on protective booties every time they came into the house and taking them off when they went out - even for just a quick trip to the truck to get a tool. The main work took one full day, during which they installed several speakers, installed and tested the home theater equipment and remote control, and wall-mounted a small TV in the exercise room. Shane was great to give advice on the best way to use the different components of the system. Since the installations required a lot of cutting into sheet rock, the team was very careful about moving furntiure back to its original place and cleaning up every speck of sawdust after the work was done. The electronic components they installed (most of which we purchased from Shane) are of very high quality, and we're happy with their performance. At the end of the day, we still had a couple of issues with the alignment of the picture on the screen and the ease of use of the IFR remote control, so Shane and team came back a few days later to install a new projector mount and re-program the control. Throughout this expericence, everyone involved with Home Innovation Technologies was professional, methodical, and very pleasant to work with!

They came out the same day actually within a couple hours of calling. They examined what I had done so far. They fixed my mess and got everything working great. They gave me a tutorial to make sure I knew how to work everything before I left.

They were very quick on setting up the free consultation. They came the next day, Thursday, to give the estimate. We scheduled the install for Friday afternoon. Things didn't go as planned on our end to be able to do the install on Friday. They rescheduled for us and came out on Saturday morning to make sure the install was complete prior to our Directv appointment. When they arrived we asked about installing the sound bar as well and hiding those wires. They said "No Problem! Just give us a call when you find the mounting bracket and we will swing back by and install it for you." They were quck on installing the mount and running the wires. They did not leave a mess at all. We called them when we located the sound bar mount and they came right out and installed that for us as well, with no additional charge! This company is very professional, has excellent prices, and performs outstanding work.

Home Innovation Technologies did a great job. They were professional from start to finish. Alex came out and made recommendations and then gave us an estimate. They picked up everything and installed it. The kids were thrilled when they got home from school to find everything was ready to go in their new game room. I would definitely have them back again if we ever need anything in the future.

I was very pleased with Alex and Shane. Not only did Shane come out on the weekend to look over my room, but he also provided me with some advice on how to arrange my setup (in essence a free consultation). He provided me an estimate the following day. After getting other quotes and getting familiar with other companies, I went with Home Innovation Technologies. The stated price included everything (LED TV, bracket, cover, cables, receivers, new electrical outlet/surge protector, and labor). They asked when it was convenient for the install date and arrived promptly. No visible cords and very pleased with the job thus far. Shane even stopped by (twice) after the job was done to make sure everything was to satisfaction. I have more work to be done in other rooms and will definitely go with Home Innovation Technologies in the future.
