Worked directly with Blake from concept to completion. Blake listened to our what we wanted and helped us shape that into what would work with our overall design goals and budget. The fall of 2018 was rough weather wise but the DreamScape crew made good on one major commitment, be done by Thanksgiving. They did it! Left our yard, house and street in tip top condition as the sun set on Wednesday afternoon. Jacob, Blake's right hand man worked seamlessly with us anytime Blake was unavailable to be on hand. This was a major job and it was handled very well. Looking forward to enjoying our backyard, patio and landscape for many years to come.

The Dreamscape staff were great. They checked in as they worked, making sure we were on the same "page". They made suggestions as the project progressed and made changes as needed for the best result. I was very pleased with the work performed. The staff were easy to talk to, polite, and arrived promptly each day. I will hire them again.

Excellent. Blake is very patient, and customer centric. I change my mind about the plan several time that mandated he come back out to the house each time: I have had others refuse to do the same. Blake came out and took measurements and notes and returned a few days later with a comprehensive plan drawn up. We did have to wait a while for his crew to get to us due to a backlog of work, but when they did start work they followed through and finished within a few days. Very professional, very courteous and hard working crew. Beautiful result. It totally transformed the appearance of our home. Blake followed up with giving me instruction on using the irrigation system and has been coming by periodically to see that the plants are doing well. We are very happy with the job that Dreamscapes did and highly recommend them.

I was happy with them. I haven't used them in the new house, and will eventually start using them here. The price was not bad, we had another company before, and it was similarly priced. They did some other work for us in putting in new shrubs and natural landscaping work which was really nice. They are very responsive every time I have called them. They come out at the time we request.

overall a very professional job.first came stump grinding,then they brought in topsoil for dressing and leveling.after that the man came in to install sprinkler system.The next week came the sod ,mulch,and plants.Seemed like a very smooth operation from start to finish.i was very pleased with the results and would use them again.

He was on time, came the day he said he was going to, and he stayed about an hour. He did email us twice with some follow up options on different sods and layout options. I would defiantly use him.

This review is actually two years in the making. I recently had a couple of the landscapers from DreamScape Landscaping over to trim our bushes, trees, and plants that they had planted for us two years ago. They did such a great job that I wanted to provide a follow-up to the initial review that I did on them back in 2008. We had a new home built for us in 2012 and were very unhappy with the landscaping job that was provided by the homebuilder. I immediately thought of Blake Collins, owner of DreamScape Landscaping, and the call was placed. When we first moved to the Greenville area back in 2007, we had purchased a new custom built home in the Fairview Chase sub-division in Simpsonville. DreamScape Landscaping was the company that was hired by the homebuilder to landscape our lot and install a 3 zone sprinkler system. Since we were extremely happy with the landscaping provided by Blake and his company, I wanted Blake to perform his magic for our new home. After contacting Blake for an appointment, he showed up a few days later and my wife and I walked each section of our entire yard with him, discussing changes that we could make to the existing landscaping. The very next day, Blake emailed me a proposal with a detailed listing of all changes and additions that he suggested during his visit, which we accepted immediately. A few days later he showed up with his crew and two days later we had magic! He and his crew transformed our property from a so-so landscaping job, to a place of beauty, and without breaking the bank! We had pine needles all over the place that I thought was disgusting. Blake replaced the pine needles with a beautiful dark brown colored mulch in all tree and bush beds on each side of the house. He designed a tree and bush garden that replaced a large grassy area on the rear side of our house. I could go on and on, but I guess anyone reading this review will get it! Besides the design and implementation of landscaping designs, Blake also installs irrigation systems and provides mowing, trim, and cleanup services, and all at reasonable prices. Blake and his company gets my highest recommendation; he?s my landscaper for life, I hope he?ll become yours!

It was a slow start because of the cold Spring and they were unable to get sod. Once they had the sod scheduled, these guys really worked hard. They did a great job cleaning and grading the lawn and then laying the sod. The work crew were all in uniform and did a good job cleaning up. I had some extra work done that was not on the original quote and it was performed for a reasonable price. I plan on having them back to install a patio and set up a maintenance plan.

We talked on phone three times and it looked like he had agreed on date and time to come. He never showed up or called me back!

After blake and I agreed on price and scope of work he and his crew showed up on the day agreed upon on time. All work was competed properly and in quick fashion. As with any large projects some unexpected problems/surprizes happened but all was resolved and I am very pleased with job. Thank you Blake!

I'm currently working with them, they haven't finished as yet. The quote was around $15000 and we thought it was very fair. He seemed very knowledgeable about the plants and bushes that we were looking for our yard. We have a lot of shade which was a concern and he was very knowledgeable on the kind of grass that we should put in our yard as well. He's just very knowledgeable all around in his field. I'm actually getting ready to give him a call.

Blake was great. Very responsive. Willing to listen to my concerns/ideas/thoughts. After quote was accepted and utilities were marked, he was out there within two days to do the work. Followed up to make sure everything was to my liking. Would easily recommend.

It was a fairly simple exchange. I called them and said plant a tree and they planted the tree. I never really dealt with them in person. They didn't do anything major for me so there wasn't much room for error.

We found Blake Collins on Angie's List. From our first meeting to the finished project we could not have asked for a better professional. On day one we told him we had an end budget of $30,000 to do the entire project (this did not include the therapy pool or electrician and $3,000 of extras we added later). He provided a written list of what he could provide for the money. Every single thing he, and his sub contractors provided were first quality, without cost over runs, and with professional trained workers. My husband and I marveled at the level of craftsmanship we received. I would like to give a special note of praise to Mr. Tommy Butler (Butler Constructions) for the truly amazing 4-season building. I showed him a few pictures of buildings I liked. He took that loose vision and turned it into an Easy Breeze building that we can enjoy for years to come. He used first class materials. Every board was perfectly cut, every dimension perfectly measured, and the outcome far better than I could have imagined. Additionally, he was great fun to have around. We are already planning a new project for him next year. I would also like to add that Blake Collins is one of the most honest contractors we have met. He did what he promised. He offered an outstanding product for a fair price and oversaw all the work to ensure its quality and our happiness. He even assisted us for free to ensure the pool was correctly placed and the work done right. On this very rainy day he was so kind to bring his truck and pull the delivery truck out of the mud. We quickly discovered we could count on Blake to always do the right thing, kind thing, and be responsible to us as customers and I hope friends. We highly recommend Dreamscape for all your landscaping needs and Tommy Butler for your building requirements. We are quick to tell our new Greenville friends that moving to Greenville has been wonderful and having quality businesses like Dreamscape and Tommy Butler Construction are a real asset to the community. They were awesome, great, prompt, polite, professional. I asked questions and they answer me right away. They don't think twice. But a little bit more expenses.

I contacted them on a Wednesday and on Thursday they gave me an estimate. Within a week they had came to do the work. Theere were about 4 people that came and I was asked all the way through exactky what I wanted. They performed the work professionally and quickly. I highly recommend them.
