Decked Out & Pinned In

Brent Llora, owner of Decked Out and Pinned In, was the consummate professional. The same evening he gave me his bid he emailed me pictures of his work and offered to set up an appointment with a past customer who had a deck similar to the deck I desired. He completed the entire job in less than seven days while working alone. When I awarded him the job we mutually agreed on a start date and he arrived that day with the material, hand picked by himself. As the worked progressed he made helpful suggestions he felt would be more suitable to me (wider steps) that did not add to the agreed upon cost. He was extremely concerned with work quality and the finished product evidenced that. My deck involved a treated lumber frame, composite decking, plastic or vinyl handrails and lattice work that completely inclosed the bottom of the deck and stairs. In addition to nails and screws, numerous bolts were used at critical points. I received a deck far more attractive, solid and useable than the one he replaced. He even gave me advice on proper future upkeep for the different facets of the deck. All work was done to code and his cleanup work was immaculate. If you want to deal with an honest individual who does quality work, has high inner work standards and a great attitude, I highly recommend Decked Out and Pinned In. He was not the lowest bidder but as the old adage goes - you get what you pay for. In this case Brent gave me enough reason to hire him by the way he described his intent to give me a quality product. Going the extra mile to furnish me information about previous jobs and detailing on paper what various deck sizes would cost was also a plus. He made sure I understood all facets of the work to be done in advance of work start. I have zero complaints and am pleased as punch with our new deck. I told Brent I would gladly allow future prospects of his to view my deck provided they made an appointment with me prior to visiting my home.
